This Privacy Policy describes how EODynamics ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the AceRadar mobile application ("the App").
AceRadar does not require account creation, login, or registration. We do not collect, store, or transmit your name, email address, phone number, or location.
AceRadar uses your device's camera and microphone to record video of your tennis serve, which is how the app measures serve speed and provides slow-motion review. Recordings are processed and stored locally on your device.
Your recordings never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to share a clip — for example, using the app's built-in Share feature to send a video to Messages, Mail, or another app of your choosing. That sharing action is entirely under your control each time.
The App displays ads mediated through the Unity LevelPlay SDK, which may serve ads from Unity Ads. This SDK may collect and use certain data to serve ads, including:

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will request your permission before allowing ad partners to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. This prompt is required by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," the App will not use your device identifier for personalized advertising. You can change this choice at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

The App is a general-audience sports utility and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to retain. Recordings and app settings stored on your device can be removed at any time by deleting them within the app or by uninstalling the App.
