This Privacy Policy describes how EODynamics ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Blackjack0dds mobile application (the "App"), available on Google Play.
By using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to us. It does not require account registration, login, or any form of user identification.
The following game data is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers:
- The optional player name you enter in Settings
- Your virtual chip balance and current bet
- Game statistics (hands played, wins, losses, pushes, doubles)
- Game settings (number of decks, card-clearing speed)
If Android backup is turned on for your device, Android may include this game data in your device backup, under Google's control and your backup settings.
2. Advertising & Third-Party Services
The App uses Google AdMob to show full-screen advertisements between hands and optional rewarded video ads, which you can choose to watch to receive free virtual chips. AdMob may automatically collect certain device and usage data in order to serve and measure ads, including:
- Advertising ID (a resettable, anonymous device identifier)
- Device type, operating system version, and language
- Approximate location (country/region, derived from IP address)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, rewarded ad completions)
This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under their own privacy policy. We do not have access to or control over the data AdMob collects.

3. Your Choices and Consent
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or a region with similar privacy laws, the App asks for your consent through Google's consent message before personalized ads are shown. You can accept, refuse, or choose specific purposes. If you refuse, ads may still be shown but will not be personalized.
Where required, you can change your choice at any time from Settings → Ad privacy options inside the App.
You can also opt out of personalized advertising at any time in your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete or reset advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization
4. US State Privacy Rights
Residents of California and other US states with consumer privacy laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah) may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, the device and ad data that Google AdMob collects to show personalized ads may count as "sharing" under some of these laws. Where required, the App shows Google's US privacy message, which lets you opt out. You can also opt out at any time from Settings → Ad privacy options inside the App, or by turning off ads personalization in your device settings as described above. After you opt out, ads may still be shown but will not be personalized.
Because we do not keep personal information on our servers, we have no personal data about you to access, correct, or delete. Game data on your device can be deleted as described in section 7. 5. Simulated Gambling Disclosure
Blackjack0dds is a blackjack practice and odds-training game. It uses virtual chips for entertainment and learning only. Virtual chips have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes. No real money is wagered, won, or lost, and the App does not connect to any gambling platform.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at the address below and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We do not store any personal data on our servers. The game data listed in section 1 stays on your device until you delete it, which you can do at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data in your device settings.
8. Data Security
Because we do not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data stored on our servers that could be compromised. We encourage users to protect their devices with a screen lock and to keep their operating system up to date.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
