This Privacy Policy describes how EODynamics ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Craps0dds app for Android ("the App").
Craps0dds is a single-player game played with play money. We do not require account creation, login, or registration. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
All game data (bankroll, bets, roll history, statistics, settings) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to any server. The optional shake-to-roll feature reads the device's motion sensors on the device only; motion data is never stored or sent anywhere.
The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC: an occasional full-screen ad between rounds, and an optional ad you may choose to watch for free play money. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve and measure ads, including:
This data is collected by Google AdMob, not by EODynamics. For more information on how Google uses this data, please review How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent, using Google's consent tool, before personalized ads are shown. You may consent, refuse, or choose individual purposes and partners. If you refuse, the App still works and may show non-personalized or limited ads.
Where US state privacy laws give you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising, you can do so in the same tool.
You can review or change your choice at any time in the App: open the menu, then Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices.
The App's advertising SDK may read your device's advertising ID, a resettable identifier that Android provides for ads. You can reset it, or delete it so apps can no longer use it, at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy → Ads (on some devices Google → Ads). Personalized ads can also be refused in the App's consent choices described above.
The App uses the following third-party services:
Craps0dds is for entertainment only. Chips are play money: they cannot be bought, cashed out, or exchanged for anything of value, and there are no prizes.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no data to retain. Game data stored on your device can be deleted with Start Over in the App or by uninstalling the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
