This Privacy Policy describes how EoDynamics ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Poker Odds: Texas Hold'em mobile application (the "App"), available on Google Play.
By using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. It does not require account registration, login, or any form of user identification.
All game data (settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device and is never sent to our servers.
2. Advertising & Third-Party Services
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect certain device and usage data in order to serve relevant ads, including:
- Advertising ID (a resettable, anonymous device identifier)
- Device type, operating system version, and language
- Approximate location (country/region, derived from IP address)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under their own privacy policy. We do not have access to or control over the data AdMob collects.

3. Simulated Gambling Disclosure
Poker Odds: Texas Hold'em is a skill and odds-training tool. It uses virtual chips for simulation purposes only. No real money is wagered, won, or lost. The App does not facilitate real-money gambling or connect to any gambling platform.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at the address below and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
5. Data Retention
We do not store any personal data on our servers. Any locally stored app data (such as game preferences) can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing app data in your device settings.
6. Data Security
Because we do not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data stored on our servers that could be compromised. We encourage users to protect their devices with a screen lock and to keep their operating system up to date.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
